Pre-Registration for ALL PLAYERS is now Open!
Pre-Registration is the programs process for determining the total number of participants signing up for the upcoming season. This process helps the program determine the age group placement of your player(s) as well as the number of teams we will need to field at each age group. Pre-Registration does not guarantee your player a spot in the program, nor does it guarantee his/her placement at a specific age group, team or designation. Pre-Registration is also designed to ensure that each participant has the current information entered into our system and that their Official Registration forms are completed correctly.
Once your Pre-Registration has been accepted, notification will be sent to you to complete your registration. Full payment is due upon acceptance. Unpaid registrations will be moved to the programs "DNP" (Did Not Pay) list and your registration replaced with the next eligible participant. The registration completion process will include confirmation of your pre-registration information, acceptance of all program and BARC rules, guidelines and code of conduct and receipt of full payment. This year’s registration process will include an online payment authorization utilizing PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to utilize their services. Detailed instructions for completing your payment process will be included in your acceptance notification.
It is imperative that you enter your Childs correct current weight and date of birth. The program will place your child based on this information. The program will be holding several weigh in events before the start of the season to verify your information. Incorrectly entered information may cause the player to be placed on the waiting list at their appropriate age group if the age group is already full at the time the error is identified. OBL (Older But Lighter) placement will be determined by the programs Chairman and Vice Chairmen.
Unlike previous seasons, players will be placed at their regular Age Group regardless of weight. The UCYFL has modified Age Group eligibility and even if a player is over the maximum weight limit as a regular player, the player will remain at their regular age group and be classified as a Tackle-to-Tackle restricted player for the season. Final TT classifications will be made 3 days before the first regular season game and will remain in affect for the remainder of the season. Player classification (OBL/TT) and team assignments are at the discretion of the programs Chairman, Board of Directors and Head Coaches. All placements are final and parent/player request are not accepted.
Registration cost for the upcoming season will be $200.00 per participant. This cost includes 2 game jerseys, integrated (pad in pants) game pants, BARC insurance fee, equipment maintenance fee and the programs registration cost. All participants are required to purchase new jerseys and game pants.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds unless program is cancelled, participant moves out of state, or serious injury prevents participation prior to start-up date of program.
To begin your Pre-Registration, follow the below instructions;
1. Click here to create your Family Registration ID. (or Click here if you already have a Family Account)
2. Complete the Family Registration Form and ensure you enter you full e-mail address as this will be used as your User ID when you log into the system.
3. Enter your personal password and click the "Continue" button. This will return you to the "Main Page" of the Programs website.
4. Enter your full e-mail address in the User ID field and your password in the Password field. Click the "Login" button.
5. The "Family Registration Information" page will display with the details you previously entered.
6. Read the disclaimer in the middle of the form and click the "Add Player" link.
7. Enter the player’s information in the appropriate fields.
8. For returning players, check the "Returning Player" check box and select the team the player played for during the previous season.
9. If this is a sibling of a returning player, check the "Sibling" check box and enter the full name of the returning player in the "Sibling Name" field.
10. Type your full name in the "I accept" box for the "Waiver", "Participant Agreement" and the "Code of Conduct" sections. Ensure that you read each statement before typing your acceptance. Registrations without the full name of the legal guardian indicted under each acceptance will be ruled invalid and the player will not be permitted to participate in the program.
11. Click the "Add Player" button at the bottom of the form. This will return you to the "Family Registration Information" page and the player you added will be listed on the player list page.
12. Repeat steps 6 through 11 for each player you are pre-registering.
This completes your "Pre-Registration". Additional details for completing your registration and providing payment will be sent to your e-mails used to Pre-Register.
